  • Determine customer satisfaction and engagement including satisfaction, customer dissatisfaction, customer engagement, and satisfaction relative to competitors



  • Assess the workforce environment, both its capability and its capacity.
  • Evaluate the workforce climate: environment, benefits, policies.
  • Perform workforce engagement, evaluate organizational culture, and assess performance management processes.
  • Facilitate workforce and leadership development, conduct succession planning, evaluate learning and development systems, and apply career progression programs.



  •  Conduct work process review, to include design, management, and innovation.
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness, process efficiency, supply-chain management, and safety and emergency preparedness.



  • Conduct a strategic assessment and organizational profile related to the operating environment, relationships, and the strategic situation.

2018 Leadership Capstone Program

Peregrine Leadership Institute’s CAPSTONE Program teaches the skills for effective leadership, provides the tools to build strong teams, imparts the knowledge for informed decision making, and instills the character for extraordinary results. 

  • Four, two-day workshops that build upon each other, aimed at strengthening leaders at all levels.
  • Designed for adult learners and practical application in today’s workplace. 
  • Taught by Peregrine’s experienced professionals who bring real-world experience to each session.
  • Includes the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, a 3600 Leaership Assessment and a One-on-One Coaching session with a leadership professional.
  • After each of the four workshops, you will be able to apply what you have learned in your organization and hone your leadership effectiveness throughout the program.
