Richard (Rick) Mansheim has over 20 years of experience at all organizational levels in both the private and public sectors including department and store manager in the private sector and as an assistant dean in public education. Rick is an active community member serving on nonprofit boards and volunteering with his local chamber of commerce.
Rick’s background crosses over many different areas including budget management and forecasting, policy and procedure development, succession planning, working with nonprofit Boards, and staff development. His supervisory and leadership experience includes assistant dean with Gillette College, general manager with SOS, Inc., and director of K12, Inc. of Oklahoma.
Rick graduated from the University of Wyoming with B. A. in Social Science. He then attended Capella University earning a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration. Rick is currently completing his Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership with Grand Canyon University.
